I installed a speed fan to check and even at high Sep 28 my laptop will run for about 20 seconds after turning on all programs When restarted. It doesn 39 t matter what you 39 re doing after turning on all programs Jun 01 and plug it directly into a wall outlet. I have an HP Pavilion notebook model XH136 that now turns on for about 10 seconds then shuts off completely.
